The fear is becoming far more common these days, given how connected everything is. Beyond missing a call, it’s a genuine anxiety that kicks in when you’re out of touch—even for a short time.

Fear of Small Holes

Trypophobia is a fear of clusters of small holes or bumps like those you’ll find in honeycombs or lotus seed pods. You’ll feel a little gross when looking at them.
