Procrastination

Procrastination stops you from moving forward. It has a snowball effect – When you keep putting things off till the last minute, more pile up & you will have difficulty meeting deadlines. This will make you stressed and panicked.
Fear of Failure

Fear prevents you from trying new things. Failure is part of learning and when you stop failing, you stop learning. You won’t be successful if you always stay in your comfort zone. If you want to get better, you have to take more chances.

Settling for “Good Enough”

Accepting “Good enough” is when you stop pushing for more – It forces you to accept less than your best self. You settle for less and that keeps you from reaching your full potential. When you don’t aim higher, you miss out on new opportunities.
Lack of Goals

Goals give you direction. When you float around aimlessly in life, it becomes difficult for you to make any headway. Set small goals that can be achieved easily. Then you can focus on them and continue progressing. It’s very easy to get lost in the daily grind without goals.
Comparing Yourself to Others

Comparing yourself to others makes you feel inferior. When you focus on what others have and you don’t, it’s easy to get discouraged. No two people are the same. It’s useless to compare as we all have different strengths and weaknesses. Instead of comparing yourself to others, try to identify your flaws and work on them.
Avoiding Responsibility

Refusing to take responsibility for what you did wrong keeps you stuck. When you blame others for your problems, you will never grow. Own your mistakes, so you may learn and grow from them.
Lack of Discipline

You need discipline to stay consistent. You might start projects but give up when things get tough. Discipline is what keeps you going, even when you don’t feel motivated. Without it, you struggle to stick to habits or routines that lead to success.
Negative Thinking

Negative thoughts make you stuck in a bad mindset. If you keep telling yourself that you are ugly, or that the world will never give you a break, then there’s high chance that this will become true. Negative thinking limits your belief in yourself and your ability to succeed.
Not Asking for Help

You might prefer to do everything by yourself without asking or help. But not asking for help also has some negative impacts. This might keep you struggling silently and prevent you from learning something new or building new connections.
