Young men love to indulge in all sorts of fast food like burgers, pizzas, and spicy wings. They would even binge eat them on dares. As they mature, these same foods can cause stomach aches and other digestive issues.

When young, most men have no problem staying up all night to party, watch sports, or play video games. However, as they grow older, most realize that late nights can drain their energy next day. It also takes them a long time to recover.
