What Is The BRRRR Method?

What does it stand for?

BRRRR stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. 

Essentially, investors buy properties, rehab what is necessary, rent out the properties to recoup what they have invested, refinance at a lower rate to reduce the selling price, sell it off (if they so desire), and then repeat.

The profit margins, especially in a seller’s market, are quite handsome, and it’s not as tricky as it sounds.
