Men in their 20s are still finding themselves. What do they want to do with their lives? Who are they? Who are their friends? What matters to them? The pressure to fit in, look a certain way, and go after all that is trending are some of the many reasons most guys will go with the flow.

The only issue with all these trends is that some of them are best left in the past and it takes time to realize that. The trend you thought was so cool back then may turn out to be a waste of time and energy as you get older and wiser.

They bought into the idea that you had to be “on the grind” 24/7 to be successful. But in chasing constant productivity, they missed out on rest, hobbies, and relationships. It was not ambition they regretted. It was the fact that they never allowed themselves to slow down. Many now say they just ended up exhausted and not ahead.

Copying a Fitness Image That Wasn’t Theirs
