Before starting something new, take the time to reflect on your priorities. So what are you trying to accomplish, what do you want to do in life or believe in? By realizing these, you’re less likely to fall into old patterns & you will be able to focus on your vision. By journaling, or just by sitting in silence with your thoughts, you’ll know the answers.
